A mirror with memories

A camera doesn't help you compose a picture. That starts with you. The camera is simply a tool that helps you in capturing the image(s) you have composed in your head. Whatever I have caught with my camera is captured forever. The camera remembers the little things, long after I have forgotten everything. It is a box with a mirror that can store memories. All featured works are original unless stated otherwise. Sharing is encouraged. You can also check out my other photo blog exclusively of S. Korea here: Post Cards From Kimchi Land

  • We often take things for granted when it is abundant, and only treasure it when there’s only a few left. What you see here today might not be here tomorrow, so treasure everything you have around you today.

  • Wandering in the graveyard
At first I was just planning to shoot the tombstone, but then I saw the man entering the cemetery. I’ve felt that this man would give some life into this somber site, so I crouched down real low to the ground and waited for the man to enter the frame and took the shot once he walked to the spot that I was hoping he would walk to.
